Good good good good good

It was a great location and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a concerierge desk, which made it very convenient to book a tour with a discount. Breakfast was included. The quality of the food was just ok, but it was definitely a perk to have that available. Parking is not included and when we arrived, it was full. We were able to find a parking nearby with the help from the hotel employees. Overall, it was a great experience.

We loved our room location and appreciated the front desk staff upon checkin. The snack store staff were courteous and generous with information. We did not get to enjoy the bar or breakfast due to time constraints but we like the vibe and ambience of the property. The only thing I did not appreciate was being told to call in 30 minutes prior to arrival to see if we can check in early and being placed on hold for almost 28 minutes. I hung up just as we were pulling up in the valet. Crossing my fingers that we can checkin early, the front desk apologized for the long wait time on the phone but quickly and efficiently got us all checked in and bell service brought our bags up to our room very quickly. Other than that minor fiasco, our stay was great and we’d stay there again.
