"The facility is aging and it shows from the lobby washroom to the room . That said, I think staff did the maintenance to a degree. During weekend there is a bar and pub downstairs with live music bands until 10pm . So if you don’t like the loud music. This hotel is the only one around the boundary of east Burnaby and west Coquitlam so if you need to do some business there or for whatever reason you need to be in that area , this will be a great location. But if for holiday purposes to stay in the room, this wouldn’t be a first choice. "

"The rooms are definitely cleaned to a five star standard, and well maintained, but still very dated. Check in and check out was easy and quick, front desk staff wasn’t super personable. It was good for one night, but wouldn’t do long-term.. it was mid nothing amazing nothing terrible.."

"Very relaxed and casual atmosphere and guests.. hotel and rooms are accurate in the pictures advertised. the rooms were spotless, great location, staff very knowledgable about surrounding amenities, checkout was quick, easy housekeeping, didn’t rush us. Has an exciting vibe without going over the top."
