Muito barulho e pouco conforto

Muito barulho vindo de dentro do hotel e da rua. Apito de alerta do estacionamento insuportável o dia todo. Uma igreja evangélica ao lado do hotel com um som muito alto. Tudo q acontece no quarto ao lado se escuta.

Para quem está passando pela região e precisa apenas para dormir é excelente! Café da manhã bom,ambiente agradável,ótimo atendimento e muito aconchegante. Quarto gostoso,como se estivéssemos em casa mesmo.

Estivemos hospedados de 4a a domingo. A cama de casal é muito pequena e o colchão é ruim. Faltou roupa de cama e precisamos solicitar a recepção. O cafe da manhã foi ruim. A funcionaria, não sei se orientada pela gerência, informou que não poderia fazer um ovo frito. Visualmente um café da manhã sem qualquer atrativo com mesa desorgani ada e tratamento pouco cortês. No iltimo dia colocaram um aviso aos hospedes que não poderiam fazer nenhum pedido e que ocafe era vomposto apenas do que estava na mesa.

O estacionamento é simplesmente horroroso, com acesso extremamente difícil que oferece manobras dificílimas, por isso o minha avaliação ruim das instalações "por conta tão somente e exclusivamente do estacionamento". Uma sugestão que seja cobrada um pequeno valor para usar os dois estacionamentos, grandes e de fácil acesso ao lado do hotel. O atendimento dos empregados é ótimo. Pela atenção obrigado.

Satisfatório, mas precisa olhar os banheiros.

Foi uma experiência agradável e satisfatória. A localização do hotel é boa. Na questão da infraestrutura, acredito que os banheiros devam passar por uma intervenção, já que a água se acumula toda do lado oposto ao do ralo. Isso é desagradável, pois quando vai tomar banho, sempre há água acumulada.

Bom custo-benefício com ótimo café da manhã

I hotel é bem localizado e tem potencial para ser muito bom, porém carece de manutenção e melhor vedação acústica. A janela não fecha direito então o ar-condicionado perde eficiência e há barulho externo. No banheiro, o vaso sanitário estava com vazamento na base, o que causa mal cheiro. A porta do quarto não isola absolutamente nenhum barulho, eu acordei assustada com a impressão de que haviam pessoas dentro do meu quarto. O café da manhã é muito bom, variado porém no último dia de estadia o hotel estava cheio e havia apenas uma funcionária (muito esforçada) para cuidar da louça, reposição e salão. Obviamente ela não deu conta e tive que esperar um bom tempo para que houvesse louças, talheres e alguns itens do bufê. O atendimento em geral foi ótimo, todos os funcionários foram gentis, simpáticos e solícitos. Se levar um tampão de ouvido, o hotel vale o custo-benefício.
