“Very nice staff! Easy pre-checkin, easy key pick up/finalized checkin, easy check out! Didn’t notice an elevator, but I’d assume for accessibility they would have to have one. Clean room, great AC, big crisp tv with lots to watch, a little balcony too! The only negatives I would say were the location being a bit far from the main part of sylvan lake (I consider this the big moo haha) but if you’re okay with a pretty 20 min walk it’s fine and not bad at all, there are nats along the pathways by...

“The night staff was unfriendly, tried to talked to her but the way she responded on my queries was not pleasant enough to make me consider to book there again soon. ”

“There is a funky bathroom mirror that can be adjusted in many ways. It protrudes out a from the glass and your head is against when you bend over to shave. The pillows were very hard. Give guests a choice. The toilet is low flush and does not use sufficient water. It was gross. The staff were amazing and helpful. The breakfast was good enough. We arrived at 3 PM and our room was just getting cleaned and we had a short wait. Late checkouts I think”
