"Got food poisoning from the buffet. Room was fairly small and beds were uncomfortable. Wi-Fi often not working. You are close to a beach with places to sit, but that was the only good thing. "

Was super impressed with their customer service and didn’t take too long for our rooms to be ready. Entertainment staff were great and lots of activities. Expedia app advertised a hot tub but they didn’t have one - that was disappointing, but overall great experience."

"Great hotel for a relaxing stay in Djerba. The hotel grounds were great, room was clean & comfortable. Gym is a little old, but ok. The beach is beautiful and peaceful. Buffet was good and had a lot of variety. My only thing to mention is the rooms with adjoining doors can leak a lot of sound. I asked to be moved and the front desk easily helped me out and put me in a quieter spot without issue."
