“Beautiful property. The location on the beach is amazing and the swimming pools are huge. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms are beautiful and I liked the balcony.
Couple of areas to improve would be to clean up the beach every morning to make sure it is tidy and ask guests to stop "reserving" beach chairs by putting the towel on at 6:30 AM and keeping it "reserved."

“We really enjoyed our stay here. I had no idea it was inclusive till we showed up and would have thought it was good value for just the room. The dining hall was excellent and the adults only pool was appreciated. The beach is amazing - although not all parts are great for swimming. Great place to relax for a few days.”
“Id give the staff 10/10 rating. At least to me they were all so nice, respectful and very helpful. Rooms are clean, that’s not a problem. The issue with this resort is the property was kinda let go and not well maintained for a hotel/resort that is classified as a 5 star hotel. Yes we had everything we needed in our room. But the closet were falling apart, walls were stained and the fridge although it’s hidden was rusty and old.
