"It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. The balcony is also in full sun all afternoon with no shade so was too hot out there to use until the sun went down. The kitchen was ok but only a 2 ring hob so not great for any real cooking. "Meine persönliche Erfahrung: an sich ein schönes Hotel in erster Reihe zum Strand. Allerdings wird wohl wenig Instandhaltung gemacht. In unserem Appartement z. B. Kaputter Toilettensitz, Fenstergriff, Duschkabine schummlig und kaum Geschirr in der Küche Es waren gerade mal 2 Weingläser da die bei Ankunft benutzt im Schrank standen!! Auf Hinweis, dass wir keine Gläser haben, bekamen wir dann 2! Gläser für 5 Personen. Täglich wurde der Müll in der Küche und im ersten Bad (aber nicht lm zweiten)...

"Sehr sauberes Recht neues Hotel mit sehr herzlichen Personal,die stets alles bestens in Ordnung halten. Die Damen morgens beim Frühstücksbuffet sind sehr freundlich und immer für Wünsche offen. Ebenfalls der junge Herr ,der Nachmittags am Pool Getränke und Essen zubereitet war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich! Zimmer sind sehr groß mit Terasse. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen"

You also need to know that this property is far from any stores so to buy food or go to the restaurant you must walk. If you are in a good physical shape, it will take about 20 -30 min.
