"Two things stopped me from giving it full marks and those were: no a\c and no comfy chairs. When I arrived at the hotel and met with one of the receptionists, Vavara, she was very very helpful. Nothing was too much for her, in fact, I relied on the reception staff quite a lot at first on where to get trams, metros etc. The first night I had to go to the local Potraviny to pick up some milk etc. I got lost and went back to reception where she showed me how to get out of the back of the hotel...

There is only 1 key for apparent and few times one of us was stuck outside. 2) the keys are really old. I was afraid few times the key will be broken inside the door. 3) for checking in and out you need to walk to the main hotel. It’s not convenient with the baggage. May be some electric scooter or something can be used by bellman."
