Kettle and a jug of water was supplied at check in, no further water given and room does not get made up. We were in the main building annexe and it obviously had not been used for some time, smelt and felt damp. I know we are in the mountains and should expect lower temperatures. "The Ibex property has one of the best views in all of Coonoor. We visited some of the higher end hotels and found that the views did not compare to that of Ibex. The bungalow is a old heritage style, gorgeous bungalow , the staff is very very sweet and helpful, and it's very worth the price!
