"A fine hotel if you don't need any additional amenities (breakfast, bar, etc.). The room wasn't very big, but it was clean and had a nice bathroom. The neighborhood isn't the best, though it didn't bother me much."

"The front desk person is almost never there. They close I think around 5-6pm their time. And it says there is 24/7 customer service and that’s not true. I tried to call the number that was on the front desk for help and a lady answered and it was like I woke her up. She was no help, asked me if she can go back to sleep and even hung up on me. To top all of that off me and my wife were told my may locals that we were located in the ghetto. Definitely felt as such. I would not recommend this hotel...

"Amazing service by the host lady. We were allowed to keep the luggage in the storage free of charge and get a late check out. The apartments are beautiful , the beds are comfortable and everything needed was available. Good job, we will be back!"
