“We didn’t find it a dream but it wasn’t a nightmare either. The outside grounds, pool and beach area are lovely, water is crystal clear. It was the room that disappointed us. We stayed in a side sea view room, 102 to be precise. The room had such an old smell to it. Stayed for 7 nights and not once was our bed sheets changed, for a 5* hotel this should be a standard procedure after the 3rd night without having to ask. “Very friendly and efficient members of staff everywhere: reception, bar area, restaurant. We had a room with a balcony and a sea view. Nice and clean. Breakfast was something to look forward to. Enough choice to satisfy everyone. Complex is situated 25 minutes walk from Kos old town. Bike rental just outside the hotel. Lovely beach but you have to pay for sunbeds €5. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.”
