Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The front desk were convinced my reservation didn’t exist, items were taken from my room, mice were in my room, and management refused to move me. It was one thing after another. I’ve tried to get a refund from them as I ended up leaving with 4 nights still left on my booking, but they will not respond to me or to Expedia. Terrible customer service and overall experience.
