“War alles in Ordnung”

“nothing to complain. Nice to see the effort to be eco friendly.”

“GUESTS ARE THIRSTY IN THIS HOTEL I stayed a week in this hotel. However, the hotel offer only one bottle of water on the first day I checked in. Despite the housekeeping, the staff never offer the water unless we don’t request separately when they come to the room. No fountain is available, YOU MUST PAY FOR THE WATER. I was informed that I can fill the bottle in the fitness room, nevertheless, since the fitness staff isn’t the hotel staff, while filling the water, the fitness staff told me...

“We were happy to stay in Maritim Bonn Hotel. The staff on reception was kind and provided good service. The room condition is clean and comfortable.”

Instead, I was offered two "upgrades" upon arrival. While both were larger, one was in the basement (like living in a cave), the other was on the top floor (larger but middle of summer with no air conditioning) but poorly appointed. My German friends were waiting for me so, as not to...

“One night stop over wish we had longer lovely clean nice restaurant on site close to Rhine”

“Overall, the room quality was beyond my expectations. When I looked at the pictures, I was expecting a shabby, gloomy, and dirtier place. Even the restaurant on the first floor and the entire house looked old by the time I booked a room. In fact, the restaurant's atmosphere was really nice, and the room quality was as good as the restaurant--at least well-managed and clean enough. It was at least worth the money spent. I was especially impressed by the tap water--high enough water pressure,...

“Sehr super und sehr nett personal und freundlich ”

“Very friendly and helpful staff and the vegetarian breakfast is off the scale. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and is very well maintained. I got much more than I paid for....”
