โFirst of all, I love quiet places and this location was perfect. Very friendly neighborhood, very close to the station which is not far from the Cologne cathedral. I was very satisfied with everything. Staff who seemed to be a father and a son were very kind. There's bunch of places to eat around there so it was very comfortable. One defect was that the heater was not working. Everything else was perfect. Everything in Cologne was kinda expensive but it was very nice after all.โ

and I had the first 12 hours of deep sleep in my life on the bed that I couldn't get out of.โ
"Even though I had paid the full hotel fee when I made the reservation months in advance, they unilaterally cancelled my reservation, without any prior notice, on the morning of the day of my stay.
