"The staff were amazingly welcoming and pleasant! The dinner and breakfast could compete with the best hotels in the largest cities. The scenery is other worldly. Peace permeates the whole place. You can't choose a better hotel in the area. "

"All in all it was okay. We didn’t miss anything, only the receptionist was somewhat chilled and the waiters in the restaurant were plainly rude. Maybe they all had a bad day, who knows. "

"The check-in information received by mail, no complications. The condition of apartment was certainly not supreme, as adveritised but acceptable for the duration of 2 nights. The hosts were responsive. Overall, a 3-star /average rating is more than appropriate. Probably not worth visiting again unless no other accomodation is available."

"Very centrally located in the town of Bovec. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean breakfast and dinner were good. We enjoyed our stay just be aware that in the spring they do not have air-conditioning available only in the summertime however it was not necessary as the temperatures were quite cool at night with the windows open. "The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so...
