"Not a family friendly hotel. Let’s be clear, this is a very nice hotel, but not a place to go with your children. One of the best features of the hotel is its pool: it has a wonderful view on the mountains, it is “inside/outside,” heated and has a shallow kids pool section, it has a bar, and a wonderful sauna. "Easy walk from the train, easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Complimentary Prosecco around the block. Rooms were extremely comfortable and updated. Building itself is historic and beautiful. Rooftop patio with 360 views of mountains and duomo for an evening glass of wine was a highlight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Bad experience trying to cancel my las night after 3 nights of staying due to my daughter getting injured skiing, but they didn’t even try to refund at least a part of the last night.
