drivers. Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! Given cost and added charges we incurred it did make us not want to return. Nobody wants to find towels brown stained. The spa treatments were amazing and girls were very lovely. "

in the Chamonix area. We found the hotel to be in a great location to catch the transportation and to then be able to enjoy the central city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice bar area in the hotel entry. We had a good dinner in the hotel and also had the breakfast several mornings. The breakfast area is very basic but is a good value.
