"The property is nice and spacious. The rooms are comfortable. Two upgrades would help greatly. Currently guests who may have heavy baggage with them due to the length/duration of their stay have to lift/haul it up the stairs in multiple places which is highly inconvenient. Constructing ramps in appropriate locations should be a relatively simple but highly value-added convenience to provide for guests. "The property changed hands since I booked. Expedia failed to inform me of this change. I wish I had known the complementary breakfast is now discontinued and that reception closes at 4pm. Thankfully the person i phoned was helpful in explaining how to access my room."
