“During check-in, the person was showing a photo of large beetle they found in the room. At the time, I thought they were making big deal out of nothing, after all, we're in New Mexico. However, once we got to our room, we found insects on the bed and in the bathroom. NO WAY I was going to be able to talk my wife I to staying after she saw that. We immediately went to desk and checked out without using the room. There was no compensation. I didn't argue, just left.”

“The coffee offered in the morning should at least be accompanied by a danish and orange juice. All that was offered was coffee (only).”

“Property is nice and elegant but the AC wasn’t working in part of the hotel. We booked 3 rooms and two of them the AC didn’t work. We were there in June . We asked for two adjoining rooms and they couldn’t accommodate.”

“The area is perfect for families and solo traveler's. About a 10min drive to the plaza. Great pool and pet friendly. Restaurant in same lot. Great place to stay.”

And yes, we had paid for the night! In all of our years, we’ve never had a hotel charges because we are leaving earlier than the checkout time! “Ramada Santa Fe is an excellent value. This is more of a hotel than motel, as all indoor entry. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds and seating. Fridge, microwave and large flat screen tv. Keurig type coffee maker. It’s a very safe environment. Decent modern bathroom with tub shower. Would be a 10 except head manager can be grumpy, not sure why. Other staff are fine.”
