There’s no point paying 1.5x the price to stay in Lincoln. Treat yourself! ”

“My wife tends towards OCD and even she found this property spotless. I’m an architect and built my own home and I found the workmanship in the home excellent. The couple who hosted us were delightful and the service and breakfast were great. We only had a short walk to a delightful pub to make our stay first rate.”

“Catherine is a wonderful hostess, the place is clean and comfortable and beautifully presented. The farm is in the middle of nowhere but within short distances to villages with pubs or the park and ride to take you to York. The room had everything we needed and it was spacious, the bed was comfortable, tea and coffee provided with fresh milk available in the kitchenette. Breakfast is cooked fresh to order and was delicious, nothing was too much trouble. One of my favourite B&B’s ever, I can’t...
