"The room was nice and modern. You can use Netflix on their TVs. The hotel was kind enough to let me check in a little bit earlier so I wouldn't have to wait hours for the regular check in time. "Pros: Convenient and close to airport, decent price, super helpful staff, and nice buffet breakfast. Cons: bedrooms are in serious need of maintenance, most especially in the bathrooms where the mirrors are all eroded. It seems like this may have been a lovely 5-star hotel many years ago, but has been forgotten about since then. We would stay here again if we came to Palu City. "
