The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. "Liked the amenities of having a mini kitchen, washer and dryer , room was big , bathroom was big , beds were comfortable . Front desk was helpful . What we did not appreciate was those staff standing by the door or entrance would not even offer to help with the luggage’s seeing us having a difficult time hauling thru the front entrance , we stayed at Park Hyatt Seoul and Grand Josun Busan and Hotel Intercontinental Gangnam and they see us struggling with our luggage’s , they meet us even outside...
