Good but no sauna available so waste of a stay
"The cleaner we had (black guy, forgot his name), he's amazing. He's gone over and beyond to make our stay a comfortable stay and ppl on my floor said the same thing. He deserves a raise 👍 However no sauna available for whole trip, it's ridiculous, I paid for sauna use and got nothing."

"I think it's comfortable, clean, and in a good location. I think check-in could be better, currently it's only between 4-6pm which is super difficult but the proprietor accomodated me at 2:30pm. The room was clean but the shower head was broken and the bed was ok."

"The shower did not for 3 days and the property refused to fix or accommodate a room change. We also expected a self catering accommodation however we only had a microwave. Trying to reach out to the property is near enough impossible as they do not answer the phone and the customer service is awful ..."
