The apartment is within the Marriot hotel and we were on the top floor L38 which offers an expansive view of Guangzhou. The entry is a door next to the Marriot hotel. To check in, go to floor 27 room 9(need to take elevator to L23 and change elevator to L27). The checkin office is Magnolia."

"room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay especially when we had difficulty using Meituan for food delivery and luggage storage after we checked out. do note that even though the rooms are non-smoking rooms, there is still occasional smells coming from the exit staircase where our room was near. location is quite far from the shopping areas / attraction but location was quiet, not bustling noisy. also, even though we have 3 persons, housekeeping kept giving only 2 towels whenever they cleaned up the room and we had to request for an extra towel after every housekeeping. "

"A lovely place to park when in GZ. Location is great. However, some hiccup, on day 1, though i booked my room in early 2025, the hotel could not check me in, they were overbked and had no room which i booked already for me. It was disappointing, however front desk, a young man was v nice and proactive, he got me a room in another hotel, within the same block for one night. But it was inconvenient, i had to move day 2. Anyway, thereafter all was well. I really enjoyed my stay, front desk young man was tops in service n keeping his word. The cleaning lady who came daily was wonderful, polite n kind. Perhaps, to improve, the building needs clearer directions re lifts eg if you are on level 14, use lifts 6,7,1,2. This info must be provided clearly. Also, re the lifts, guests needs to know, the lifts are super crowded, super slow. Other than this, i need to say, i will return to Hakka apt hotel again, i enjoyed my stay. Lovely staff, clean n location, awesome. Thanks."
