Beautiful hotel in the heart of the new city district. Convenient walk to the Canton tower and various tourist spots. Well maintained hotel. The only downside was the heavy smoking smell in the hotel bar. Not sure why smoking indoor is allowed

Hotel Staff at very nice and friendly at every place in the hotel. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they gave us a room upgrade to one of the best rooms in the hotel. Special thanks for guest experience team member Eva she made a beautiful decoration in our room and was pending for every single need we had and was in contact with us all the time. Thank you again Eva you are the best!!

Me & my husband are very satisfy with our stay , the staffs from concierge ,check in counter, to housekeeping and servers in the restaurant and bars are all well trained, speak good English. They paid attention to small details . That makes a lot of difference. The concierge even help us booked a car for 2 pax to the airport, w/ his connection, It was upgraded to A big luxurious van . Truly satisfied !
