It is near shopping and food areas near the Beijing Road. The room inside is dated but is in useable conditions. I stayed only 2 nights and chose a 3 bedrooms. The check in reception was on the 15th floor, and I stayed on the 22nd floor. One thing wasn’t convenient was the elevators, it is slow and broke down at one point. There are restaurants within the building and I think the 5th floor was a restaurant that I went for dim sum.

Very good stay, the location is excellent for food, sight seeing, and access to public transportation such as subway and buses. It is also very easy to get to from Guangzhou East high-speed rail station, the taxi ride from there cost about 30 RMB only. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Guangzhou!!

Great hotel

The property is not as pristine as the pictures show however it was quite nice and much better than some reviews stated. I was worried about insects as a few reviews commented on that however I did not see a single one for my nearly 3 week stay. Housekeeping and the hotel staff were very friendly and I had a great stay

We love the apartment cleanliness, convenience and amenities in the apartment. However, the elevator to amd from the apartment floor is ver slow and antiquated. Takes min 15 min each way to 21 floor or even 14 floor for reception .

The apartment is very nice and its location very convenient to everywhere of Guangzhou as being at the central point of the city - just next to Beijing Road and around 15 mins. to the MTR station. But the elevators in the buildding are very slow and crowded, making passengers impatient.

A lovely place to park when in GZ. Location is great. However, some hiccup, on day 1, though i booked my room in early 2025, the hotel could not check me in, they were overbked and had no room which i booked already for me. It was disappointing, however front desk, a young man was v nice and proactive, he got me a room in another hotel, within the same block for one night. But it was inconvenient, i had to move day 2. Anyway, thereafter all was well. I really enjoyed my stay, front desk young man was tops in service n keeping his word. The cleaning lady who came daily was wonderful, polite n kind. Perhaps, to improve, the building needs clearer directions re lifts eg if you are on level 14, use lifts 6,7,1,2. This info must be provided clearly. Also, re the lifts, guests needs to know, the lifts are super crowded, super slow. Other than this, i need to say, i will return to Hakka apt hotel again, i enjoyed my stay. Lovely staff, clean n location, awesome. Thanks.

Great property, family of 6 staying, the location on google maps is not correct, but you could say the same for most of china maps (its offset). Apartment was spacious and had great amenities including your own washing machine. The hot water for the shower isnt unlimited so read the instructions. Elevator is the main gripe, use the cargo elevators opposite the main elevators (near the stairs) and dont go during peak times. You have to wait quite a long time when it gets busy as some of the lifts dont stop at all the floors. Location is amazing, great views, great food options to the west, shopping centre downstairs and close by (Guangbai Supermarket). Starbucks downstairs. The nearest metro is Beijing Road Line 6, easy walk South through Tee Mall. Or you can walk north west to Line 1.

The location of the property is convenient. Staff was nice. I love that I can do laundry in the comfort of my own room. Now the bad. The elevator is outdated and moves slowly. So the wait time is unreasonably long. There’s two mattresses in my room. One of them was very hard and uncomfortable. The AC filter was disgusting. I doubt they ever cleaned it. With the sweltering heat wave, the AC kept breaking down. I kept getting error message and had to restart the AC. One night it didn’t work at all and I was sweating all night. If budget is not an issue, look elsewhere.

In downtown Canton, you cannot ask for more. The washer-dryer really dry the cloth, the water heater works well, only waiting for the elevator needs more patience..
