洒店名更改了半年有多，但在網上仍然是舊的，因此去到根本找不到酒店，打電話去酒店又沒有人接聽，最終花了一個半小時才找到；外圍環境亦都是十分之差，那裏是個珠寶批發市場，酒店就是在批發市場其中一層，人流複雜， 沒有任何保安系統，酒店寫明嚴禁吸煙，但是無論在酒店大堂或是在房間都見到有人再食煙，就今次在Expedia網上訂的酒店十分失望，本身訂了兩晚酒店，最後住了一晚就要換酒店，餘下的一晚又不可以退回錢。

ホテルの名前が変わっていた。 9月にも前の名前で予約してあり、 少し不安。経営者が変わったのか名前だけが変わったのか？ ただ、食堂も変わり良くなったし、 部屋の中も前よりも良くなった。

Great amenities and convenient for business. But only 1 lift serving not just for hotel guests but sharing with people working in that building as well. And lot of construction ongoing...make walking a bit difficult outside.

RE: Non-smoking room - whole hotel Smell of Smokin

This hotel rating in the website is 3*. But it does not even qualify for 1*. I booked the room for non-smoking. and when i first arrived, I did not detect any smoke until when you lay down sleep at night. the whole room is full of cigarette smoke due to the fact that the air-conditioning is recycling the air from the whole hotel and the people smoke outside alot and the air got circulated into your room. There is a window(fake) but it is not open to outside to let the air in. SO I raised the issue to have room changed during the night to upgrade to a room which has a proper window to let the fresh air in. But the upgraded room is not clean either. both twin beds linen are full of smoke. Probably because they have not changed it since last used. I asked for linen changed next day. after that the stay was bearable. Providing you don't turn on air-con. luckily it was winter overthere so there is no need for using air-conditioning. otherwise you will be put up with the smoke. The house-keeping staff are nice and friendly. But the reception staff are not friendly and helpful. Have not seen anyone speak english. luckily that i can speak Chinese. Otherwise you don't know how to get around Guangzhou.

Simple but functional hotel in great location

This hotel is in a very central location near to two underground lines. It is in a local neighbourhood so for those looking to see the real Guangzhou I can definitely recommend it. The hotel itself is fine typical Chinese 4 star (international 3 star). Unfortunately had a smoking room so the floor was covered in cigarette burns - that said it was clean enough. Staff were very friendly and helped us with directions when we needed it.

False Information

I booked this hotel because there is a description of "Smoke-free property". But, it was false. There is an ashtray in the first room. Then I asked room change for non-smoking. When I went to the next presented room, a bed making person was spraying deodorant. I guess that there is no room for non-smoking in this hotel. The hotel is located at 7th floor, but elevators are hard to find except for the one small elevator. It is easily full, and you may have to wait.

商業施設を改装したホテル

他の人のレビューを見て、分かり易そうな場所にあるようだったので、敢えて、空港から地下鉄・徒歩で行ってみたが、最寄り駅の長寿路駅から歩くと人が多くて歩道をまともに歩けない、加えて、この駅もショッピングセンターと連結しているため、ものすごい人！！改札口出て地上に上がるのに5分以上かかった。ひとつ手前の駅で降りた方が地上に出るのにも楽だし、地上の歩道も広いので、こちらを勧める。ひとつ手前からだとホテル間で徒歩10分くらいです。ホテル自体商業施設を改装した7階にあります。エレベーターがひとつしかなく、しかも中国人並ばないので、乗るだけでひと苦労でした。中国人は子供には甘いので、エレベーター詰めれば乗れるのに全く詰めてくれませんね。そんな状況でも、間違って子供の足踏んだりしたら大変なブーイングになりかねないので、このエレベーターに大きな荷物持って乗るときには混んでいたら、出来るだけ次のエレベーターまで待った方が良いです。商業施設を改装したホテルなので、窓なし部屋ばかりだと思われます。窓なしがいやな人にはこのホテルを勧められませんが、どうでも良い人には一泊7000円で朝食まで付いてますからお得です。しかも、朝食は欧米式と中国人式の合体したバイキングですから、中国式のお粥、トウモロコシ、揚げパンだけではなく、結構、豪華です。

エクスペディア上のホテルの名前漢字が間違っていたこと。 ホテルの場所もエクスペディア上の地図とはずれがあったのでたどり着くのに苦労しました。 その他は、ロケーションなど良かったです。事前に場所を漢字表記で確認することをお勧めいたします。

Don't stay here...the room information provided to Expedia it's not correct,they offer a room but when you came the room doesn't have a real window. The staff doesn't speak English ..a big problem in China. The didn't give us an Invoice at the Check Out..we ask for the invoice but they say that Expedia must give us the Invoice.

invent new ways to use bed covers

the hotel crew was nice people but only a few talk english. the bad matress was a hard to sleep (almost like you were sleeping on wood ) table with a sleeping bag so i think and I use folded bed covers in two to make it thicker and have more cushion that way you can sleep better and get by.

I select this hotel because of its location near Guangzhou City. They gave me room A001 (Executive Room Non-smoking room ) and I was very disappointed. There is no such thing Non-smoking Room, they just clean the air and let it has less smoke smell. 1. The carpet is full of cigarette burned marks and stains. (I don't see them using vacuum cleaner during my five nights stay) 2. The Refrigerator was not plugged in. 3. The bath room light near mirror (the round shape one)has bulb burned out. 4. The holder of the removable shower head loosen and can not adjust the height. 6. They don't clean my room even I hung out the sign daily (This room needs clean service) I think they try to save the works until I shouted out my right at the front desk! **** I took pictures to support my complaints ****

広州ではいつもこのホテルと決めています。 色々なホテルを試しましたが立地 価格 清潔 サービス トータルでここが一番だと思います。 スタッフは常に笑顔でとても親切です。 朝食付きですがコーヒーが既にシュガー入りですのでコーヒーだけは持参します。

Rooms need to be much cleaner w/clean sheets

The room is too small without a working table, The rooms used to be cleaner and better before. Now the bed sheets, towels are old and dirty and torn.
