The desk staff not only guided us in through the town to their car park in real time, but managed to get us a very last minute and late evening table for 4 in their bistro, accommodating a tired and hungry family who were making a pit stop before flying from SNN the next am. The team made check in easy. Made sure we got all we needed at dinner including off menu options and then made sure we got checked in and up to our rooms.
