"Helpful staff, clean property, close to downtown."

"Parking didn't feel safe or easy (no signage on where to park). VERY noisy if your room is on the San Francisco street side. No fan or window in bathroom. Very few electrical outlets. Staff at front desk are not well trained and not friendly - do not know the area and just a seat holder. It has a TV about the size of a computer monitor. Lighting is poor - one lamp and one overhead light. It is ornately antique but could use with some upgrades, water especially, bathroom sink had very little pressure, shower took forever to get warm (never truly hot) water, never sure if the toilet would flush okay."
