Location is great, room was clean but elevator situation is terrible, had too wait 10 minutes at times and have not had that problem at any other property we have stayed at. This was our second stay at Planet Hollywood and will be our last.

This was not just a stay, but an experience. From the beautiful architecture and garden, the well equipped gym, amazing food (especially the Patisserie), peaceful atmosphere in the midst of an abundance of people, and every staff member was kind, considerate, helpful. I felt like every person on staff was actually related and has ownership in the hotel. This was the perfect location for our Real Estate conference as it fostered learning, camaraderie, and a place to recharge. Absolutely wonderful.
