"Overall a very nice stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station and only 10 mins walk to the HBF. Safe area, central. The only thing that lets the place down is some of its staff. Whilst check-in and check-out were fine, two members of staff working the Tuesday evening shift were particularly unfriendly. This is not uncommon for Germany - it is not the friendliest country in the world by any stretch of the imagination, but the staff are representatives of the brand (Moxy) and, having stayed at one of their hotels in the Netherlands earlier this year, I really had higher expectations. I was ignored by the girl at the bar who saw I needed assistance yet continued to load the dishwasher. It is almost as if my presence there was an imposition and an inconvenience. Not very nice. Again, I understand the cultural issues here, but please do better. "

"Very smooth stay with no problems, staff keen to help and when asked to do something they obliged. All I really needed was a bed and breakfast for three nights and this hotel ticked all the boxes."
