We booked one of the family rooms. Good space, very clean, quiet, excellent bathroom. Good space around for a walk with our dog.

Nice hotel with plenty of free parking. Garage parking cost 10€/night. Friendly and nice front staff. The road bit busy in the morning and evening.

Great hotel for a nights stay. Conveniently placed close to public transport. EV chargers available albeit a bit challenging to start via a card provided by the hotel. However friendly assistance was provided, which did state that they were often having issues. Perhaps consider an easier and more stable solution.

Unterkunft und Personal ist Top ! Parkplätze waren etwas wenig , aber man findet um die Ecke andere Möglichkeiten. Die Zufahrt ist etwas schwierig genauso wie das verlassen des Parkplatzes, da es der direkte Zugang zur Autobahn ist.

Konzertbesuch war großartig

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war klein und hatte weder einen Schrank noch genügend Ablagen etwas ungünstig bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle ist 3 Min zu Fuß erreichbar aber vorsicht man muss über eine Brücke welche nur über Treppen vom Gleis erreichbar ist oder man steigt eine Haltestelle früher aus.

Gut gelegenes Hotel mit kostenloser Parkmöglichkeit, man muss aber nach Möglichkeit früh da sein, da später die Parkplätze eventuell belegt sind. Bahnstation auch nicht weit. Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Freundliches Personal.

Könnte besser sein

Eigentlich alles vorhanden um zu punkten aber so wie beim äußeren Erscheinungsbild setzt sich mangelnde Konsequenz auch in der Zummergestaltung und im Service fort: Optik und Ausstattung wären einfach zu verbessern, dem Housekeeping und dem Frühstückservice sollte ein „Guten Morgen!“ möglich sein, wackelnde Duschstangen, unsaubere Oberflächen und Bodenbeläge sollten entdeckt und beseitigt werden. So bleibt nur unteres Mittelmaß mit viel Luft nach oben.
