"No one to greet us on arrival, not that big of a deal but was a red herring of what was to come. Staff made an error in placing a hold on our card on arrival and so we kept having daily unexplained charges on our cc including bar and restaurant charges that were not ours. Additionally they put an extra 500$ hold on our card again even after speaking with management. Needless to say it wasn’t a relaxing stay wondering if we were going to end up paying a huge bill that wasn’t ours. Staff was rude while dealing with this situation. Also, for the price the beds and pillows were not comfortable. Power went out one night and then internet as well which is a bummer when we were watching a movie. Staff in general seemed uninterested in helping guests. They must pay terribly which is sad for what they are charging guests. "

"Rooms were very dated for the price we paid. Rooms were also not very clean. My son found someone’s fake fingernail on the floor next to the bed. Hallways smelled musty but very cool compared to the inside of our room which had trouble keeping cool. Pools are very nice and restaurants are good. Time and energy have gone into keeping the grounds wonderful and picturesque, BUT the rooms were a huge disappointment. It "

"Not the best place to go relax. Room wasn’t really cleaned. Everything seems to be falling apart. You hear planes every 30 mins shaking the windows. You get charged if you login to your streaming apps. Do not recommend"

"It has great views, but needs improvements Management should pay attention to room cleaning specially the bedroom rug. incomplete set of bedsheets with no sheets to cover blanket. Blanket was super thin making it look like a cheap motel. "

"Minutes from the rainforest. This is a top notch resort. A higher floor will give better rainforest views. Sweet little casino too. Loved it. Food and drink are a bit high, but probably in line with 'resort' pricing. Also a very nice touch, they give you a water bottle at check in and there are refilling stations by the elevator. If I come back to PR, I will stay here. If you want a tranquil beach setting, this is not the place. Very rough conditions. Mini fridge for use in rooms. "
