They were very accommodating about an earlier check-in .. in fact, they were proactive in asking us about our arrival. The staff there is very helpful and solicitous.
The nasty surprise was that it was a 3-floor walk-up .. very steep stairs too .. the Expedia description did not state that anywhere. So it is not disabled-friendly and was very challenging for my arthritic body.
The suite itself is exactly as described though it appears somewhat dated .. the doorstoppers are challenging, and the blackout blinds are not appropriately mounted so they let light in.
However, it is very reasonably priced and an easy walking distance to the promenade .. though we always took a taxi back because the incline became exhausting at the end of the day,
