“Friendly exceptionally clean hotel with wonderful menu for dinner. Good wine list at friendly prices.
The bed was a medical grade mattress which was a bit too firm for us.
All in all a wonderful place to stay not far from Portugal Spanish border.
Listing did not say that whilst it was off a listed road it was not now the main road so was quiet.Hotel refurbished a year or so ago and is popular with locals always a good sign

“Ficamos três dias e ocorreu tudo bem e tranquilo, o hotel é grande, espaçoso e está muito bem localizado dentro das muralhas de Almeida, com fácil acesso e muitas vagas para estacionar o veículo em frente ao hotel.
A vista também valoriza o local.

Já em relação à manutenção e conservação dos alojamento em madeira (casa completa) os mesmos apresentam-se com o revestimento de madeira muito degradado assim como toda a toda a estrutura de madeira. Os utensilios de cozinha são insuficientes e o sofá com chaise longue estava...
