My bag had been stolen at Barcelona Airport, and I had nothing with me. He kindly lent me a charging cable and adapter for my iPhone free of charge and offered some comforting words. His help was invaluable, allowing me to relax during my stay at Hotel Arc. Although I forgot to ask his name, I will never forget his kindness. Thank you. The hotel room was comfortable, and the location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. The consulate was easily accessible on foot, and the metro station was just steps away. I will choose this hotel again, when I come back to Barcelona."
