"The hotel is awesome my kids love the pool and I love that I can sit outside by fire pit and still able to keep an eye on them. The hot tub is awesome. Rooms are comfortable. My microwave was not working and thy had a new one in and working in 10min. Front dest staff was very helpful and great care of are request. "Beds slope, big dips on them. A/C is terrible. It’s the bottom of the wall type. You had to turn it to 64° for it to even come on. Then after it shuts off, it doesn’t come back on for a LONG time.
