This was my third time to stay at this property. Overall, this is a very nice location in the room rooms are spacious and clean, and I feel safe and taking care of when I stay here. There was just one staff member that was a little bit rude and not very welcoming and just didn’t seem at all friendly for some reason on the phone and in person she almost makes me not want to stay there again, even though I am impressed and like staying there.

The staff were nice and the hotel was very clean. We needed extra towels and sheets and there were very accommodating. The gym was pretty common to what I see in most hotels, a few cardio machines, but not much in the way of weights and it was overly warm. One area they can improve is the breakfast. The breakfast area is really large, which is great. But they spread everything out into like 4 areas, so you have to search a bit for what you want. There was only one person we saw working the area and they just couldn't keep up (they were working hard, just too much ground to cover). They ran out of spoons twice, the apple juice ran out, the eggs were empty for a while, etc. It's a really nice hotel, so I'd expect the breakfast to match the rest of the place.
