My room had alot of mold which gave me a migraine... This hotel is health hazardous but the pillows were really comfortable.

It was terribly cold in the room. I lay down for 1 hour, during which time I was bitten by bedbugs. I took 3 to the reception, they weren't even surprised, after that they returned the money and we found ourselves on the street. Where is the sanitary inspection looking!!!

Pretty aweful. Bad WiFi ensured my onward progress is delayed. Hotel reception run by a youth who had greasy, dirty hands from repairing a car when I arrived. Difficulty booking in, difficulty in getting a meal. I eventually found ths chef who gave me a menu. Hotel owner/manager appeared for 10 min at 8pm to tell an expedia arrival she had to pay up front for her room or else. I'd have told him to stick his room. Parking, I was told to park offsite. They clearly have arepaorbusiness going on. Needs an inspection by the local authorities as the room was electrically unsafe as a 230V socket was black and falling off the wall.

My family, including two children, and I have been traveling around Europe for four years, and this is the first time we faced such a situation. Through Expedia, we booked and fully paid for a room for two nights — December 30 and 31. The room was very cold, and we had to sleep fully dressed. After 3:00 PM, the property owner, accompanied by two men, knocked on the door, behaved aggressively, and demanded we leave immediately. Despite showing our booking confirmation and payment proof, he said: “Leave this place now, I am having a party here.” These actions constituted forced eviction and psychological pressure. We attempted to contact the police but could not due to the language barrier. We were forced to relocate to another property of the same host. This was not voluntary, and the New Year’s party was not disclosed in the Expedia listing. The alternative accommodation was also very cold. We consider this a serious violation of booking terms, Expedia’s standards, and basic hospitality. The situation caused stress to us and our children and ruined our holiday on New Year’s Eve.

Wir sind schon sehr oft im Ausspann zu Gast gewesen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Frühstück ist auch immer gut und auf persönliche Wünsche wird stets eingegangen. Rund um stimmen hier Preis und Leistung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Het personeel bleek niet op de hoogte te zijn van onze komst en op het einde niet van de afgesproken prijs. 'Steeds' niemand aan de balie en lang wachten op iemand geen enkele andere toerist. Ze waren vriendelijk om nog eten klaar te maken maar groenten waren niet goed gewassen, er zat nog zand in. Tijdens ons eten werd gezegd dat we moesten wisselen van kamer. Uiteindelijk zei de manager de volgende morgen dat het niet hoefde. De volgende morgen hadden we een ontbijt besteld. We vonden onze tafel nog deels zoals de avond voordien, oa onze gebruikte servieten. Bij het ontbijt wouden we voor 3 personen warme melk. Tijdens het ontbijt terug niemand aan de balie en terug lang wachten op iemand. Aan 3 verschillende mensen hebben we uitgelegd, zelfs met gebarentaal, dat we 3 keer warme melk wouden. Eerst kregen we 1 groot glas warme melk en vroegen we naar nog 2, terug na lang wachten aan de balie. Na lang wachten kregen we een 2de glas maar het 3de kwam niet. Het ontbijt was opgesteld onder een laken en moest bij consumptie er afgehaald worden. De omeletten waren koud en het zat er direct vol vliegen. Enkele vervallen producten. We hadden wateroverlast in de douche en hadden dit 's morgens gemeld. Na onze dag 's avonds terug in onze kamer was de douche niet opgekuist. Na dit te melden kwam personeel dit snel (vriendelijk) opkuisen. We vonden een dode, platte kakerlak tussen de lakens. De gangen en nooduitgang heel vuil!! Het aangeboden zwembad hebben we niet gevonden!

Når man bare skal sove

Hvis man kigger på prisen alene og sengenes kvalitet, så er opholdet helt fint. Lidt nusset hotel, men maden var fin i restauranten. Halvdelen af hotellets gratis p-pladser er optaget af u-indregistrede biler. Det var lidt træls. Flink vært.

Ett hotell med bäst före datum passerat. Säger sig ha pool men finns ingen. Funkar med nöd som övernattning om man bara behöver en säng.

Finns ingen pool. När man annoserar om pool på hemsidan så ska den informationen vara sann. Överlag så var mycket trasigt, saknades och rent allmänt sunkigt.
