Staff was the best!!!! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel overall very very clean. Which I loved due to my OCD!!! We definitely stay here again. FYI…. Don’t have hotel book you transportation from airport. We save a lot of money by just catching a taxi or Uber from airport

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Outstanding customer services, they cant do enough to make sure you have great stay and experience. Great location in the center of the city , beautiful buildings, very nice spacious room, great outdoor pool area with Butj Khalifa view . Great restaurants with beautiful views from 72 floor, very good breakfast with lots of choices, We had wonderful stay at this amazing hotel ! Thank you very much to all staff for service and hospitality We definitely recommend this hotel to all and would come back again for sure!

Fantastic staff, they go above and beyond to meet guests needs. Awesome food, we loved the kitchen 6 breakfast. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious enough. Concierge helped me with all of my tours. don’t waste your time looking elsewhere for tours. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my friends who want to visit Dubai.

Great hotel with very nice staff, we mentioned that our daughter finished her studies this year and after returning from the city we found a beautifully prepared cake with chocolates and a fruit basket. We really appreciate it, a great gesture. The staff at the reception, the staff in the hotel restaurants work at the highest level. Full class and culture. During this week at the hotel we felt very taken care of. The cleanest hotel I have ever been. Thank you all for your amazing work, especially the cleaning staff. I want to come back to you.

Having to queue with an 89 year old mother for breakfast, 5* hotels should NOT have queues for breakfast. We asked if we could book a table for the following morning and this request was refused.
