From the moment we arrived at Rixos, we knew we were in for something special—but the experience still managed to exceed our expectations in every possible way. The standout for us was the impeccable room cleaning and attention to detail. Every day, we returned to a room that looked brand new—freshly made beds, spotless bathrooms, and even small, thoughtful touches like carefully arranged toiletries, folded towels, and a perfectly organized space that made us feel genuinely cared for. The housekeeping staff clearly take great pride in their work, and it shows. It’s rare to find such consistent, high-standard cleanliness, and it made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Beyond that, everything else about our stay was flawless. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were top-tier, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel felt luxurious yet welcoming. This hotel is located in the heart of Dubai Jumeirah Beach, it is in walkable distance to Dubai Marina and Blue Waters , Ain Dubai. the hotel is located at the nice sandy beach , the room are pretty spacious . Even though there are many restaurants outside at JBR , the hotel offers such a great breakfast that you would not even want o leave the property . The Naturelife spa is amazing and offers variety of treatments . We love Govida cafe at the reception. Everyone at the reception is so friendly and knowledgeable, especially Yvan, the housekeeping personal is very attentive as well . Also, we love to express our appreciation for Natasha at the concierge service , who helped us with booking of the show " La Perle " .

The room was perfect and the noise that we’ve heard complaints of on recent reviews wasn’t bad at all. The turquoise restaurant had everything you could imagine and was lovely. The food was delicious the staff were very attentive too. If you get chance then definitely Visit the spa. We enjoyed the hammas Turkish treatment for 2 and was thoroughly enjoyable.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Rixos Premium JBR, the room was very comfortable and house keeping was absolutely superb. I had a half board booking which was a little disappointing that this only covered the Turquoise restaurant buffet for breakfast and evening meal - in other hotels I have stayed in each restaurant would have a half board menu which allowed much more choice. I found myself eating out most evenings just to have a bit of variety with so many restaurants along JBR, so next time I would probably book just bed and breakfast. The Azure pool and beach club was absolutely fantastic with the beach, two pools and plenty of loungers, the staff there couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. The location at JBR is fantastic and is lively.
