"This was our second visit to Taj within a month, and once again, the experience was absolutely wonderful. We chose to celebrate our daughter's birthday here, and from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, everything was simply outstanding. A special mention to Alka, Front Office Manager, for her warmth, professionalism, and excellent hospitality. At Palm Restaurant, Ibn Ghosh and Sarthak were exceptional and made our dining experience truly memorable. Shabir and Simran at the Club Lounge also deserve special recognition for their attentive service and genuine care. While these team members particularly stood out, the entire Taj team deserves appreciation for making our stay so enjoyable and special, especially for our daughter's birthday. It is the people who make a hotel truly special, and the Taj team certainly lives up to that standard. We had a fantastic experience once again and look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine hospitality, exceptional service, and a memorable stay."

"We were upgraded to a premium king room on the 71st floor. Loved the view. The hotel is very luxurious and they are very helpful with booking taxis and any request you give. However, at this level you would think their breakfast would be better. I found a lot of it not even etible. Hot food where cold. Eggs tasted funny. I found the bathroom beautiful but it took a long time for the shower to drain. If you and your partner took showers back to back, you end up with a flood in the bathroom making its way into the main room!! Why???? I hope the bathroom issue was just an issue for us and not the norm, but the breakfast is a huge problem here. Other than that, you do feel special in this hotel."

"The rooms are very clean, well appointed and maintained well. The staff are so helpful and will go out of their way to help. The food was excellent and the wait staff just wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay."

"IT IS beachfront property BUT you have to walk a bit behind property to get there....beds are comfortable and the basic room was still luxury...housekeeping very attentive with the do not disturb and checked in later on to make sure you weren't needing anything..great price...breakfast selection was very tasty and variety of options."
