The staff at the hotel are amazing. They go above and beyond what is required of them. The hotel is so clean and well maintained and the gym is amazing. My only moan about five lux is the fact you gave up pay 1000 dir to sit the closest the pool. You do get to have this back on booze and food but for someone who doesn’t drink it’s a waste of time. I really feel this should be looked at for returning guests like myself. It’s expensive and unfair.

The FIVE LUXE Hotel is the best place ever. It’s has everything that I needed to make my life complete. From the Paradiso Rooftop Lounge/Bar, Clean Rooms with Great Staff Service. The Amenities and the hotel Bathroom had everything that my wife I needed. The Room Mini Bar was very well stocked. The entire staff from the time we checked into the hotel was amazing. The location is perfect for your everyday activities. The Dive Bar (Goose Bar) connected to the hotel was great. The swimming pool, shisha and bar were amazing as well. The Cielo Restaurant food and staff was exceptional. We really enjoyed this place and will tell the world about it.

FIVE LUXE, JBR – Pure Comfort & Next-Level Service We had an absolutely fantastic stay at FIVE LUXE. The beds? Simply magical. Some of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced — proper deep sleep every night. The walk-in closets are a dream. Spacious, elegant, and practical — it feels like a luxury apartment rather than a hotel room. And the bathrobes… honestly the best we’ve ever had at any hotel. Thick, soft, and truly premium. Breakfast (native & international selection) was generous and beautifully presented. High quality across the board. But what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Extremely warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly without being intrusive. Service with personality — not scripted. I really enjoyed Five Luxe. If you’re looking for a place to vibe at the pool with some drinks and hookah this is the place to be. The staff is great. Close to cove beach and other shopping places.
