I had an absolutely terrible experience at this property and would strongly caution anyone against booking here. On the first night, they put us in the wrong location entirely. After we were finally moved to the correct place, things got even worse. On the second day, someone entered our room without any prior communication, leaving us wondering if something had been stolen. When we reached out to address this, their response was completely unprofessional and dishonest. First, they claimed it was one staff member, then changed their story, blaming it on a “new employee.” Despite our complaints, they failed to provide any prompt solution or resolution. We ultimately decided to cancel our stay due to their untrustworthiness and poor handling of the situation. To make matters worse, they refused to answer calls or respond to Expedia about refunding us for the days we didn’t stay. Their behavior caused significant stress and inconvenience to our trip. This property is unreliable, unprofessional, and a risk to your travel plans. I cannot recommend this place to anyone—book at your own risk.
