The room was really nice. However, the lifts are too long. Hotel was full and it was taking 5min to wait for lifts. Breakfast area was nice but could have a more variety of choice. However, the main picture on Expedia page is misguiding. There is no beach around that hotel, not even a lagoon.

Below Expectations Overall The room was acceptable, though quite small. The shower was disappointing—the water drained very slowly and was only warm, never properly hot. The lobby was crowded at all times, which made it feel hectic rather than welcoming. Staff knowledge was inconsistent, especially regarding the club or lounge area. Some staff members said it didn’t exist, while others directed us to the Orilia restaurant, which was confusing. Breakfast was below average, and each morning our clothes smelled strongly of oil and cooking due to poor ventilation. The spa itself was fine, but the oil used during the treatment had an unpleasant odor that lingered on my clothes even after I changed. I also emailed the hotel requesting my booking confirmation number and never received a response, which was disappointing.

Wir hatten das Familien-Zimmer, also quasi 2 Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Wirklich toll. Top Ausstattung, sehr sauber (danke Roman für die Zimmereinigung) Man hat alles was man braucht. Perfekt. Aufenthalt insgesamt war sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Hier ist Karim, der für das Frühstück und alles was damit zu tun hat sehr professionell und hat sein Team sehr gut im Griff. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen ABER mit einem Auto. Wir hatten ein Mietauto somit war alles gut.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, die Zimmer top und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück lecker mit viel Auswahl. Am Pool waren immer Luegen frei und das Personal kümmerte sich sofort um Handtucher erc. Rundum klasse, wenn man die Dustanz zur Metro und den Öffis in Kauf nimmt. Wur haben uns sehr schnell ein Uberauto bestellt und sind ao überall hingekommen. Ist natürlich auch ein Kostenfaktor

Virkelig god service, og hurtig valet behandling. Personalet er super flinke, og der er virkelig god morgenmad på hotellet. Her får man buffet med stor variation til en rigtig god pris. Det eneste minus ved hotellet er deres pool. Den er ikke noget særligt og er ofte i skyggen når solen står højest. Dog er poolen lang og rummelig
