This is student housing converted for short term stays, they do not make it obvious that basic amenities and kitchen access are not available until the confirmation emails so it felt a bit like a bait and switch. the confirmation for the reservation included a lot of information that was not relevant to us, or a surprise after reading the listing. not late arrival friendly. “The property was very clean and in good repair. The emails are in pale grey font which makes them hard to read. There was no way to reach the property, as the reply link did not contact anyone. The bed was very uncomfortable.”

“UCD 근처에 위치한 아파트 스타일 콘도. 그래서 객실 청소는 1주일에 한번이지만 식기류 등 음식을 해먹을 수 있는 모든 것이 구비되어 있다. 1~2인실을 잡았는데 방과 거실이 있는 형태. 세탁기와 건조기도 주방에 비치되어 있다. 도심에서는 버스를 타고 이동해야되지만 교통이 불편하지는 않다. 시설이 깨끗하고 가정집 같은 편안함이 있어서 호텔 분위기를 싫어한다면 강추.”

“Wonderful stay, great location! The apartment could use some minor cosmetic improvements but overall a great stay and all amenities you could need with a full kitchen! Easy to access especially with the new smart lock process, very flexible with early check in when possible. I would love to stay again in Dublin at this property but would request if possible a unit on the side that overlooks the busy bustling Temple Bar alleyway (Crown Ally rather than Cope Street). Overall a great stay!”

“Das Apartment 5 war für unsere Gruppe von 5 Leuten genau richtig. Die Lage ist mitten im Leben der Altstadt. Das Apartment eignet sich sehr gut für ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Stadt. Es israllerdings nichtfür jeden geeignet da kein Aufzug vorhanden ist und man mit dem Gepäck rund 50 Stufe erklimmen muß. Das ist für sportliche Leute sicher kein Problem.”
