“체크인 때문에 진짜 너무 고생했던 기억이 있네요. 구글맵에 주소 찍고 갔는데 아무리 찾아도 호텔 입구가 안 보여서 한참 헤매다가 나중에 알고 보니 체크인은 다른 데서 하고 거기서 키 받아서 호텔로 이동해야 되는 건데 체크인 하는 데가 1.6킬로미터 떨어진 데여서 짐 끌고 왔다갔다 엄청 고생했습니다. 방도 사진과 달리 엄청 좁고 내부 시설도 허접하고 하여간 이런 데인 줄 알았으면 절대 안 묵었을 거예요. 더블린이 전체적으로 호텔값이 비싸서 그나마 좀 저렴한 데로 골랐는데 하여간 후회만 했습니다. 호텔 위치 자체는 관광 중심지 한복판이라 좋긴 해요. 다만, 근처에 술 먹고 떠드는 사람들 많아서 시끄럽습니다.”

“There is nothing I can say good about this place. There was dirty hand prints on the walls in our apartment area. The mattresses had urine stains all over them and also something we couldn’t tell if it was blood, mold or what it was. I would not recommend staying here”

“This place was very clean and well equipped to stay for a few days. The decor is abit beige but very comfortable. Leeson Street location is ideal for the 700 bus from the airport, the bus stop is right outside the front door. It’s also a busy road so a room away from the road might have been quieter. There building work on the 1st floor. You’re told it won’t start before 9am but it starts at 8am every day which isn’t good for a holiday. The reception isn’t 24hr so you get a code for the front...

“We booked an appartment with 2 bedrooms. Lots of space. Campus is beautiful. Rooms a little 'old' but well equipped (freezer, washing machine)...Missing some kitchen tools, teapot, hair dryer etc. ”

“Good experience for the price which was super reasonable. Staff at the location were so helpful. Very secure and in a good location also. Plenty of amenities if needed - gym/laundry room/work space etc. ”

“Great location close to all city centre attractions and bus routes. We had 2 bedroom apartment which had everything we needed. There were only 2 of us - would be ok for a family with small children but 6 adults would be bit tight. At £350 per night, it’s not cheap and there’s not a pretty view from the apartment. But it’s not that type of break. Check-in was fine - be prepared for 15 minute walk from key office to the apartment. Strongly recommend asking people for recommendations such...

“It is like furnished college apartment. Kitchen has reliable essentials, functional appliances, there are coin operated laundry machines near the reception. Quiet, spacious apartment with lake view.”

“We were surprised by the check in process. You have to collect your keys quite far from the apartment. So plan for a delay to use transit or a two-way taxi fare. The apartment was dirty. Mould in the closet. The beds were terrible (one like an air mattress & the other was hard as a board). The pillows were so used they were hard packed. The air freshener system is needed because a sewage smell came from one bathroom. The photos used to advertise the unit were not the same as the unit we stayed...

“I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location.”

“The room they assign to us was very comfortable for 4 people. The 1 bathroom is on the hallway, and the kitchen/dinning room/sofa bedroom has a door, so everybody gets privacy. The area is not turistic so may look not safe but it is literally 2 blocks from everywhere we wanted to go, except the Guinness tour which we walk to in 22 minutes. The check in and check out process was very easy and the personnel was very responsive. I would come back here.”
