They took 1.5 hours to get a room ready for us while we sat in the lobby. We watch 10 different groups get rooms before us. The whole time they repeated that we were high priority.

Holiday Inn at Dublin Airport, not just a Stopover

We stayed 2 nights in this state of the art Holiday Inn. The rooms and facilities are first class and the hotel is situated close to all local amenities, I’d thoroughly recommend a short stay here.

Great staff and nice room

The bedroom is exceptionally clean, but the bathroom could be cleaner. Even though everything is new and even though the bathroom floor tiles were cleaned, by their quality / finish, they will never look clean as they mark badly when you walk on them in dry shoes. Maybe a different cleaning agent might remove this residue, but I fear that they will always be like this. The corners around the base of the shower could have been cleaner too. Bedroom itself was spacious, modern, and comfortable all-round. Shaji was great upon arrival assisting me with getting some late night food from the bar area. He was super-personable and a great asset to the place.

Attempted Rip-off!

Absolute rip-off! I lost one night's B&B fee (almost 100 euro) because when I wanted to extend to three nights the agent tried to make me pay over 66% more for each of the two extra nights than I'd already opted to pay for one booked earlier. As a result I chose another hotel for the three nights. This is a disgrace and will mean that I will try to tell everyone I know to avoid all Holiday Inns in the future!

Overnight Stay

We had an overnight stay in the hotel in January. I was very impressed with the reception area, very modern, beautifully decorated and in pristine condition. We had a lovely bedroom with a really comfortable bed. We had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent. The price for the overnight stay was very reasonable and excellent value

Bel hôtel mais organisation à revoir

Bel hôtel ! Dommage que l’on soit obligé de réclamer de faire le ménage dans les chambres car rien de fait après plus d’une semaine, même le lit n’est pas fait. Le changement des serviettes de toilettes est très aléatoire aussi… Le personnel est agréable mais assez lunatique par moment. Un changement de carte du restaurant serait le bienvenu aussi surtout pour de long séjour. Il y a des choses à revoir pour que cet établissement soit vraiment un endroit agréable.

Staff were all excellent, and we liked the room, especially the ample shower. On arrival, we needed someone to break down a couch bed that we no longer needed and it was done cheerfully in minutes. Staff was wonderful, food was great. Complaints - the room door would not close by itself, the first time I left the room I came back to find it still open, stuck on the doorjamb. I told the desk about this upon departure. This hotel also would not show up on my Google Maps app, which could only find the Holiday Inn Express. I had to use the Clayton as my destination for this hotel. Apparently there's no bell staff, which may be covid-related. That's understandable but this made it more difficult for me to manage movement with my wheelchair-bound wife.

Business Trip Dublin

The hotel is new and its very nice, its finished to a high specification. I had a standard queen double room and it was very comfortable and very well equiped with everything you need for a business trip or a holiday break. I have never seen so many power sockets in a hotel room with 6 double mains sockets and everyone fitted with 2 USB chargers spread around the room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic, just what you need after a long day out. The staff are friendly and very helpfull, I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel good value. We stayed 3 nights and the staff really made us feel welcome. Nice restaurant. Found the rooms quite warm and was not able to adjust the air conditioning. The room also had poor ventilation as our windows were steamed up and we had a lot of water build up on the window sill we had to put a towel down in the sill to absorb the water. Definitely would stay again . Loved the shuttle bus but would of preferred a 24 hour shuttle as our flight was early and the bus was not running so we had to take a cab to the airport
