"The staff was very nice. I asked for ice for my room, and the front desk directed me to the bar, and the bar had no ice. Additionally, there was a huge party my final night in the hotel, which went on until 3 am. It was VERY loud in my hotel room, and made sleeping really difficult. Soundproofing would not be remiss. Bar servers were not really well versed, and none could tell me if the drink menu they publish online was available, and then said it wasn't. Otherwise, the staff was lovely, and the room was clean and nice - and the location was good. "

"What an incredible hotel. The room was amazing, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. All very clean and Tidy. We had a very comfortable stay. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and there was always someone available. One actually saw us in the hall leaving and helped my mother with her luggage. Extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant has a great menu and the food was very good, even the breakfast. Over all I would recommend this hotel. It did not disappoint me at all."
