Parking underneath complex. Convenient for main roads. No restaurants or amenities nearby. No outdoor furniture provided. No air conditioning. Spacious. Well equipped and comfortable

Komfortappartment mit leichten Mängeln/Makel

Für ein verlängertes Wochenende über den Juni Feiertag haben wir ein modernes/komfortables Appartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Küche, Bad pp in Dublin gesucht und tatsächlich gefunden. Das im Erdgeschoß, Haus Amber, gelegene Appartment entspricht weitestgehend den Lichtbildern und der ausgelobten Beschreibung, inkl. Tiefgargarage, WLAN pp.. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, die Terminierung der Schlüsselübergabe und die Einweisung durch den Beauftragten, Wayne, war reibungslos, unkompliziert, ausführlich und sehr nett. Der erste Eindruck war sehr positiv, da die Anlage und das Appartment modern und sehr komfortabel erschienen. Für 5 Nächte war das alles sehr gut, zumal alles vorhanden war, was für einen Kurzurlaub mit gelegentlicher Eigenverpflegung benötigt wurde. Beim Bezug/Auspacken/Bewohnen vielen dann aber doch einige Kleinigkeiten auf, die unschön waren, aber leicht abzustellen wären. Wenig schön und unnötig waren die nicht sauberne weißen Hand-/Duschtücher, die noch deutliche unschöne rote und braune Flecken aufwiesen. Zudem waren noch gebrauchte Handtücher aus der Vorvermietung in einem der beiden Bäder ausgehängt. Auf einem frisch bezogenen Bett lagen zudem mehrere dunkle Haare (der Mängelklassiker). Im Flur, dem Wohnzimmer und in einem Bad fehlten mehrere Halogenstrahler in den Einbaufassungen, deren Abwesenheit aber nur wirklich im Bad über dem Spiegel vermißt wurde. Der Warmwasserspeicher macht ungewöhnlich laute, beängstigende, störende Betriebsgeräusche.
